Waco, Texas: Chevron partnerships build healthy communities around the world

For the last eleven years, Chevron has partnered with the Baylor College of Medicine International Pediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI) at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) to conduct health needs assessments in individual communities and create specialized programs that are tailored to help fill the gaps.

BIPAI has helped bring life-saving pediatric health care and specialized medical training to communities near Chevron’s operations in Africa and Latin America, and Chevron has also supported TCH’s Global Health Corps program, which has funded the deployment of 34 doctors in five countries since 2012.
